Don't Say Goodbye, Say Goodnight

I am writing this piece with a heavy heart knowing that this will be the last  message I will send as your first line supervisor.

I am not really good in goodbyes, and as a matter of fact, I hate it.

Some of you might have already known what happened when I left my previous program and my team in AT&T in Libis. My team only knew that I was leaving on my last day in the office, on the last hour, after shift, no team huddle whatsoever.  Sucks right?! I know, I am not really sure how to react in front of them.

This time around, I would like to make it different.

I have to admit, I have already handled several teams in the past, even longer than what we have spent together, but I can honestly say, that you're one of the best. Ooops, I am saying it without any influence of alcohol.

It took me less of an effort to bring you guys where you are at and where are at as a team. That speaks a lot not of me, but on how good you guys are when you put your focus into it.

I only had to put emphasis on doing it right, doing it with integrity.  Again, I don't care if we're number 2, or 5 or what, as long as, we're doing it the right way. Malinis baga.

I am proud because I have handled a team which started with newbies coming from 3 different waves and a couple of tenured rep, two to be exact. We may have not been hailed as a number 1 team, but we made sure that we're not going to be left behind. We're consistently in the upperhalf and we're doing it RIGHT, and that's what it is important.

I honestly don't know what has made me so attached with you guys. It must be those gala moments. I've never had a team before with such zest in going out of  town every month. I can't complain, I don't get comfortable too easily and I w
Ivas able to be like that because of those moments.


At this point, I wanna say THANK YOU to each and everyone.

Danica - thank you for your floorsupport powers, your empower-ish aura that you're spreading to your team mates, and for taking some sup calls when I had another one.  thank you also for reading my blog bwahaha, at least you know where I am coming from. Start conquering your fears, I did, I was able to sing without the influence of alcohol hahaha

Ronica - thank you for facilitating the GAs together with Lei. You were one of those na di ako nahirapan even if you're just a newbie. You were even consistently in the top spot before in the team. I'm proud cause we're from the same school. Mamimiss ko ang hahahaha mo :p

Lei - thank you because ang kulit mo lang. Again, you're the life of the party or the team. No dull moments pag andyan ka. More energy, more happiness, pasahan mo ko ha? Salamat. :)

Joyce - I am proud of what you have become. I am sorry if medyo napaiyak ata kita about your QA before, but look at yourself right now, the very first rep to get a 100% score in calib. Thank you also to your delicious food that you're cooking for the team during our GAs

Jade - I still remember also when I was in Streamline, nakita na kita, ang tahimik mo pa noon, ngayon, sobrang opposite na hehe, thank you also for facilitating our GAs, maraming salamat. Till next time!

Alexia - thank you for become receptive now to feedback and improving in a huge way especially in your Empathy and Assurance statements.  Exaggerated na ngayon, paulit-ulit lang. Ikaw na ang may pinakamahabang hair. Thank you naappreciate mo yun, in fairness, nagsisink na ba ngayon? hehe :)

Jover - thank you for being game at ang isa sa mga natitirang kainuman ko nun nung Zambales getaway, together with Ronica,

Gab - wag ka na magtampo ha, I am also sorry. Hinay hinay lang sa escal. You're good in technical stuff, just make sure to know how to relay the message across, you can do it, not your supervisor, joke! hehe

Barney - Thank you for accepting your nickname that I coined, kilala ka na sa team as Barney hehe I remember when I was still in Streamline, you asked me a question, it was my first day haha

Cosette - haha ikaw ang naging kapalit ni Jover nung Batangas escapade. Thank you, for a short time, you were able to easily adjust with some of your bipolar team mates. Thank you for being so game sa mga kabaliwan. Na-receive ko yung text mo, in fairness to you, may side ka din palang seryoso hehehe pero naappreciate ko ang text message mo sobra.

Soy - thank you for joining the GA, I understand di ka daw talaga sumasama sa mga ganon. I appreciate it. Remember, I asked you to do floorsupport before not only because you were a top agent but because I trust and believe na kaya mo to handle that responsibility, cause I know you can do it. You just need to believe in yourself. Thank you ulit sa pagsama sa last GA, naappreciate ko yun :)

Now, I am SORRY, I really am. :(

I am sorry that I had to end our journey soon.

I am sorry that you guys had to be dispersed to different teams because of me. I feel like I am being selfish, I am really sorry. It was never an easy decision to make, you can just imagine. It's a risk, and I don't know what is in store for me.

It's been awesome working with you guys for the past 7 months.
