Give Credit Where Credit Is Due

While I mind being at the bottom quartile of a ranking, I can confidently say that I won't be, and I won't allow it to happen. Well at least from the last 6 months in WSC and the last 6 months in ISP account,  modesty aside, has never been in the bottom ranking. My team's consistently been on the upper half of the pack and that I am proud of.

It's not the first time that I had to transition my team because I transferred to a different program. I've been into this situation several times, and  honestly, this is the first time that they had scrapped out my team, and excluded in the ranking for MTD.

I have to admit, I maybe quiet and all, but I am a competitive person and I make sure that I won't be at the bottom of the rankings, EVER. This is the reason I was looking forward to the March MTD Team Ranking, only to find out that I was scrapped out, together with my co-TM.

This is my blog so I guess I can express what I feel.

That was the most RIDICULOUS thing ever happened during a transition.

The worst thing about it, we are being  included in the client feedback updates but our teams not included in the team ranking. Good thing that we're not even the bottom 3 of the feedback. Even if we already transferred to a different program, we were trying our best to complete everything that needed to be done. I believe we deserve credit from the work that we put on to it.

I am sorry if I sound bitter or something, but I believe I deserve to know cause my team has performed for MY TEAM and not for their new team.

We deserve to know.

Give credit where credit is due.
