Sunday here in the office. I'm waiting for my shift to start. It's 30 minutes past 8 in the evening and my workweek is about to commence.
All I did this Saturday was to get some rest. When I say, rest, I meant over 10 hours of sleep. I guess it's not that good cause I am beginning to feel my head aches.
McDonald's. Sipping a cup of hot coffee to wake up my senses. First song, It Will Rain by Bruno Mars covered by Boyce Avenue. Guess what's the next song? Yes, Boyce Avenue's We Found Love.
This song tells everything I've been into this past 1 and a half year. This has been a rollercoaster ride for me, and I can say that I am not done yet.
There's like this emptiness tha needs to be filled up yet all I know it won't be easy.
I need a break. I miss a lot of things in my life right now. This change is something tha I need to get used to and it perhaps would take a long while before I do.
The wait till the shift is done.
The chocolates.
The meet up.
Dine in. Lunch.
The long talk and chitchat.
Those movies.
Those songs.
Most especially, the time when I am with you.
Priceless.
Who would tell me these things are easy to let go. It is not.
Words are not enough to tell you my story. :(
